RETURNS

We offer a 60-day return policy from the day you receive your rug for a full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. The rug must be returned in its original condition and packaging (or equivalent packaging). 

DELIVERY 

Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery on in-stock items depending on your location. Please allow 90-180 days for made-to-order. 

PRE-ORDER

Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note: once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.

DAMAGES

Please make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 24 hours. Please take a photo of the damaged product as well as the box and email our team for review. Please hold on to all packaging.
